To get started
We are an all-inclusive End of Life event planner who provides a comprehensive range of services to ensure our client’s event runs smoothly and meets or surpasses their expectations. To get started, this is what you can expect:
Initial phone or zoom call
Approximately 15 minutes. We will discuss who the event is honoring, your preferred date, time, and location of the event, how many guests will attend, religious or cultural traditions, and who will be involved in the event input.
Face-to-face consultation
Approximately 60 minutes. Through questions and sharing, we will gain a full understanding of who our client’s honoree is at this meeting we will go over event details.
Budget Management
Create and manage a budget tailored to our client’s financial ability and event objectives. This includes allocating funds for venue rental, catering, entertainment, décor, invitations, and other expenses.
Event Design and Décor
We will collaborate with our client to conceptualize the event’s theme, décor, color scheme, and overall ambiance. We will develop creative ideas to provide the best guest experience possible. It is our goal to leave each guest with a beautiful lasting memory of the life well lived of their loved one.
Logistics Planning
We will help our client choose the perfect venue for the event considering factors like capacity, location, ambiance, and budget.
Provided Services
Services will be offered and identified to meet individual requests. To name a few; caterers, florists, photographers, entertainment, music, invitations, video slideshows, hotel accommodations for guests, balloon release, dove release, memory table, guest favors, printed programs, decorating, and much more.
